В работе рассматриваются глобальные тенденции исследований в психологии, коучинге и развитии человека, включая переход к благополучию, эмоциональной осознанности, подходам, основанным на сильных сторонах, и структурированным коучинговым интервенциям. ELHM анализируется как интегративная система, объединяющая эмоциональную трансформацию, коучинг и позитивную психологию, включая модель «Семи уровней чувств» и последовательный процесс работы.

В работе делается вывод, что ELHM является перспективным вкладом в современную прикладную психологию и коучинг, поскольку соответствует междисциплинарным исследованиям, ориентированным на благополучие человека. Одновременно подчеркивается необходимость дальнейшей эмпирической проверки метода с помощью количественных, лонгитюдных, межкультурных и сравнительных исследований.
