About the publication

Emotional awareness as a foundation for conscious change

This monograph presents the author's method Emotional-Level Happiness Management (ELHM), a systemic approach to emotional regulation and personal transformation developed through long-term professional practice in coaching and personal development. The method is based on the premise that emotional states significantly influence perception, decision-making, and behavioral patterns, and therefore sustainable personal change requires transformation at the level of emotional experience rather than solely cognitive understanding.

The ELHM method integrates elements of coaching psychology, positive psychology, and practical work with emotional awareness. It proposes a structured model for developing inner stability, conscious decision-making, and sustainable well-being through systematic work with feelings.

The monograph presents the KIT Diagnostic Assessment, the “7 Feelings” transformational model, and the “5+5” structured support program. It also includes practical examples, case studies, assessment tools, and measurable results from individual practice.

Scope: ELHM is positioned within coaching, personal development, and educational practice. It is not presented as psychotherapy or medical treatment.
